I received an email two days ago requesting the Biodata and payment of the RPRF but I've not heard anything about going for an MR. From what I'm reading on here, people received the MR request first. Should I be worried I've missed an email and contact them?

Send them an email. But before that make sure you are entring key information correctly in ecas.
