I had a similar problem my application sends back two times. You have two options.
1) Get a affidavit not notify so make sure you get the right one from the lawyer, am from Edmonton
2) You can get a birth certificate from the Indian municipality; it will take only few minutes. So you can ask your friends or family to send through express courier.

thanks for suggestion .. but my all 10th and 12th grade certificates are in Hindi that's why i am looking for affidavit from lawyer as best option..
Do you know any lawyer who provide this service in Toronto ...
Also, since they returned my application , my PCC also completed 3 months now ...will they count it as expired when i resubmit it this time ? Do i need to get a new one again ????

10th and 12th certificates doesn't have father's name and mother's name to prove it is really you, still its the same. Affidavit would be really a best option

My application was returned on July 13 due to a missing form (exactly 3 weeks after my first submission) I sent it back to Sydney and it was received on July 19. My bank draft isn't cashed yet. Anyone else waiting for the fee payment to be cleared? I see some July applicants already received AORs, but I guess they must take the money first?

yes, once they take the money...they send an aor immediately or in a few days these days.

Hello Everybody... My CC was charged on August 10th 2012... Haven't received AOR or File Number.

Application Submitted :- July 12 2012
Application Received :- July 16 2012
Credit Card Charged :- August 10 2012
AOR received date :- Pending....

Hope to receive AOR asap...

hmm, i was reading the June thread and they are saying the email from Sydney CIO is NOT the AOR~~ What is up with that?

Mine says "Your application will be forwarded to a visa office for further processing."

Is that what everyone else is getting here? Or must the AOR come from CPP-O???
