It will happen for you soon, dawndarkharp.... do not worry! It's annoying that it's taking longer than others in July, but it's still within the nine month timeframe - I think unfortunately you somehow managed to be one of the last in the batch at Sydney... fingers crossed you will hear something soon!

Thank you, bagel!!! I hope so too. It's really disheartening. We just want our lives to start! Lol! I'm sure it will come soon. That's what I keep telling myself ;)

Im applying from mexico, still waiting! hoping for ppr soon! we want to be there by may.. what do you think our chances are?!

Hi meeshy, Looking at the CIC website, it says Mexico City VO's processing time is 13 months, however I think most cases would be a lot faster than that.
Another July Mexico City applicant, (Diamonddude)'s VISA was processed in 208 days, you are at 225. It is hard to say how much longer yours will take, but if it is a straightforward case and was in a batch near DiamondDude's, I would say chances are fairly high you will receive your VISA by May. I don't want to get your hopes up though! :P

Hi Mrs. B and everyone,

Thanks for being there.

Please accept my apologies for joining late and add me to the July spreadsheet.

VO - Beijing
Category- Family
Stage 1 AOR/Approval and File transfer - Aug 28, 2012
Stage 2 AOR - November 1, 2012
In process - November 5, 2012
PPR - November 22, 2012 + add'tnl Doc Request #1

Interview - must have been waived
Medical results received
Meds done (spouse and dependent) February 2012
Meds extension ? -don't know, but no other request

It may be the courier EMS Waybill request (self-addressed return) is a new requirement for the Beijing VO. Hopefully it signals we are near the end of our long journey (fingers crossed) :D

Congrats on the PPR FlashG- I have added you to the spreadsheeet. Hopefully your VISA is not too far off now that they have received your additional docs.

Hi Meeshy,

The last time was last dec when they called me that they needed more documents... I saw ur spread sheet and its moving on... So desperate to know how is my common law application.. :(
