I just took the photo specs into costco photo centre and they did it all for me. they had no problems but they get it all the time (i am in canada).
Costco charged $6.50 for each pair of photos, walmart charged $25 per pair! Gets expensive when you need them for medicals too.

Woah! Oh thatis good you were able to get them that size- and great you are already set-up in Canada! All going to plan, we will be moving to Ottawa in April next year... So hoping for a speedy process!

Just sent our package out today via Purolator, just making the 5pm deadline. It should be at CPC-Mississauga by Monday, July 9 at 10:30am -- all 7 lbs of it! I am the sponsor and the principal applicant is my American husband, so for the 2nd stage I think it's going to CPC-Ottawa now that Buffalo is closed.
