EDIT: So you did end up getting a PPR even though you are going through London. I only just realised its because you aren't a UK citizen, from your flag displayed you are actually from Nigeria. (oops, on my part!) Funny how DM was apparent before you even received PPR though... CIC works in mysterious ways...

Yep,Unfortunately Nigeria is a non-visa exempt country.
So I did get a passport request, and I'll be sending it as soon as I locate my passport .
