I guess now I start looking for a job..... see if I can get one from australia so all the money i spent on this stupid application so far isn't wasted!!
I bet someone posted that page by accident and I'll bet they're gonna be in a fair bit of trouble, but at least we know I guess, I was going to bite the bullet and mail mine tomorrow, but I guess there's no point now.....
On that note, anyone know what websites you can look at toronto jobs from and they will make an offer before you go overseas???

I feel terrible for you hsgulati we all had to make the call as to whether or not to take the risk and it was a hard call - I changed my mind every 5 minutes! I do hope they at least have the decency to send it back.... they are crazy rude for making us wait right up until the day to tell us, why would it have been a problem to give people notice???!!! I mean really??!!!

But I think it is not worth to try, because no employer will wait for you for 1-1.5 years, unless you have some extra talent and they can not find anyone from Canada or USA for that job.

I would advice you to look job and ask them you will join them as a TFW, so they might be ready for that, because TFW application takes 2-3 months at maximum.

looks like they only changed the eligibility para.. rest is in 'WIP'.. anyways lets see what justification they give tomrrow for this unexpected change..

dear this is not a primary school info brochure that they are taking it so lightly and making blunders......i dont know why...i m still optmistic...they will reset old NOC

They are making changes and it takes time to update it.
The speech is not started yet and they will make changes by today evening. (Canadian time)

I am pretty sure now there is only 2 category. With job offer and PhDs.

Is there a way to stop Fedex from delivering the courier and return it back..?? :-[

like what countries? i want to get married with my partner and that's why we chose Canada, didnt' explore other possibilities..

if you have couriered today or yesterday only, it must have been i India , you can track and talk to the office .......may be it work.

Do you think it is true. It might be the case that as there cap was reached for July 2011, and as of today they are only taking arrangement letter and PHD applications so only these two options are available.
They might update on July 1 by adding NOC in it..

In Guide they says, On or after July 2012.

I can understand, we can.

But this is the truth I guess, and accept it.

If you are still in India you may try to apply under QSW, or some PNP.

If you are still in India, I would advice you to come to Canada using student visa and then you can find many ways to apply.
