Dear friends

While filling generic application form, i should give detail of my national identity document. My national identity documents contains only issue date and it is valid till my death. It means it does not have expiry date. But if i don't fill the field of expiry date on said form, it does not validate. What should i do. shall i put some fictitious future date on expiry date field.

kindly help me out on this matter.

Do we really literally put the barcode pages (pages 5 and 6) on top? before page 1 of general application form and before document checklist....sorry just want to be precise

"Place the barcode pages on the top of your application (forms and supporting documents) when you will submit it."

As in the instruction also said you need to place the barcode pages on the top of the Application package. I am going todo the same thing.

U check the concern government web site. I am from Bangladesh, we also dont have the end date but in the website i got the information about the experiy date that is 15 yrs from the date of the issue.

mine was fillable..if you are using adobe acrobat x, just click on the icon sign on the upper left corner and then click on add text. A cursor will appear place the cursor on the family name...you can start typing then...good luck
