i have already taken the experience letter which is dated 1st june. it harldy matters what date you put on your experience letter but it should be as recent as possible.

Can anybody help me out? I have quite a few questions regarding the FSW requirements

1.. For the copies of the proof of relationship in canada, does it have to be notarized there in canada for it to be valid?

2. From the main checklist and guidelines, its not written that we have to include the visa office checklist specific to our country. Do we still need that because I cannot even find the link where to download the checklist, if ever we needed that.

I hope someone helps me out here. Pretty please....I want to be able to send it by july. Thanks!!

I have applied for pr last year. my documents returned this may because cap has reached. Do I need to mention UCI no. written with pencil on my application. What should be the answer to question" have you ever applied for canada visa?" in the application form.

the answer would be , YES and you can explain and mentions that it has been returned due to cap reached.

After submitting the initial application to CIO, Sydney (as stated in d Document Checklist), what documents would I need to submit to my VO when it's requested for? Am i going submit exactly what i'll send to CIO? Pls enlighten me in dis regard. Thank you.

ALL documents are to be submitted to the CIO.

Only when processing takes too long, they might request a new PCC, as indicated in the doc-checklist.

It is advisable to wait until 1st July, there are some expected changes in the points systems. once you submit your application, you wont have ur ielts to submit another application if some major change comes into effect. whoever i have spoken to are waiting for the 1st. good luck

Please note that when your application is placed into processing,your visa officer may or may not ask for updated/additional documents.

Good day to everyone. Can someone please help me? I have prepared our FSW application last year but unfortunately cap was reached before i was able to send it. If my NOC (fastfood manager) is still in the july2012 list can i send my application prepared last year or should i fill up the forms again fr scratch? I noticed that the dates are different at the bottom of the forms but they are still the same format. Thanks in advance for all your help.
