best advice ....look for present 29 occupation and choose a NOC that matches ur JD ..regarding new list wait until last week of june( check noc code 2011 in that some changes r there)

I really need some help here,

I am preparing the documents for my wife, bcoz she is the Principal Applicant.

Her working experience is 3years as credit analyst. (Does she qualify for the PR)- It seems she qualify under the NOC 1122,please check the JD of this group.
Done masters in Finance & Accounting ( Do I need to attest her certificates from Ministry of Education of UAE)-Nottery will be fine
What about the medical (shall I do it now)-Medical will be applicable after your application is selected.
Results of Ielts. ( do she have to do French Test as well)?-If your point table is above 67 including the IELTS, its good enough.
Me & my kid is a dependent applicant so I guess we both have to do medical as well.-Medical will be applicable after your application is selected.Do I have to do ielts as well?-Spouse need not to, but hey its a good to have thing.
Do I have to send the Fees along with all the documents & when do I have to send them?-Yes, in payorder form.
One last Q? If by any chance they reject my case will they return my Documents along with my money?-Yes they will and they will also send you a letter why they rejcet it. But if you are slected then they will ask for your concern to process the application in that case they will encash your payorder for that process and thenits not refundable.Senior members your help will be appreciated.

But the thing is under 1122 it is (Professional occupations in business management consulting) .
1. So shall I ask her to get Credit Analyst Work Experience certificate.
2. I do have an option which is possible to get 1223 which is (Human resources and recruitment officers ).
What do you suggest?

Also they have mention a UCI number and another numbers on the top. do they hold any significance? have they stored all my data?

This classification replaces HRSDC’s NOC 2006 and Statistics Canada’s National Occupational Classification for Statistics (NOC-S) 2006 and, eliminates
the differences that have existed between these classification systems.

They change the NOC. Now I fall in 1123 NOC as an Advertising Account Executive.

Very smart move by CIC. Now I think I am not fall in 2012 list. Bad news for me.

dear there are minimum chances of new MI, so the cap will reopen on 1st July 2012, and this will be MI3 continued. Same NOC list and 500/NOC.
