I was colleting the papers to build the complete Immigration application since last year.. I obtained the PCC from CID (India) in the month of Oct'10. I would like to know the validity of PCC?? Will they ask to regenerate the same again??

i believe PCC is valid for canada - 3 months only, means when ur app reach them it should not be older than 3months.

Contract is not mandatory. Just like pay stubs. What is mandatory is the work exp reference letter from employer. So dont worry.

I just sent my application today under noc 3152 and probably cic will receive on tuesday.. I didnt send the contract of my work is it okay?

If PCC is included in the application it should not be older than 3 months as they say on their website. The VO officer may/may not ask you for PCCs again.

I can speak for India. The answer is NO. There is only one PCC for the entire country.

Hi people in the house,I need some clarification regarding PCC. If someone has lived in different cities of the same country would s/he need separate PCCs for every city?

PCC is valid for 1 year. However, it is recommended that it should be less than 3 months old while submitting the application. Otherwise, if the processing of application took long time, during this time the PCC will be expired and applicant has to re-submit the PCC.
