Congrats forcabarca86. When was ur application received by CIC? Is it on 1st July? Also, how many digits ur application id have after "E"?

Anyway, my application was received on 6th July & CC was charged on 4th Aug. But i made a big mistake when filing the application - i didn't included the "Proof of relationship" doc (i.e b\cert of my uncle & father) since it was unavailable. Without this doc & hence 5 adaptabilty point, my score ends up less than 67. I was expecting my file to get rejected in "Check Completeness" stage but it didn't. So after my CC was charged, i mailed CIC and told them my case. I told CIC that i have an alternate doc(School LC) i can present if my file is pushed to VO. I also sent them the scanned copy just for their reference.

They replied me back today as below..

Good Morning,

Thanks Mr. Mak!

My application was received on 05/07/2011

I have 9 digits after the "E". I can reveal to you that the first 4 digits are zeros. So my application No. is basically E0000XXXXX

Regarding your situation. You shouldn't be too worried. I think they will contact you. Suppose if you find yourself in the unpleasant situation where you have been issued an NER, you will be able to contact them and prove to them how their analysis is incomplete without the missing document. Wayne or "Capuccino" has written an excellent entry on how to deal with an unfair NER which can be found here:

http://get2canada.wordpress.com/how-to-deal-with-unfair-ner/

Be optimistic. I hope your PER will come through without any problems!

Good Luck!

Application ID: EXXXXXXXXX

Thanks Mr.

Be optimistic. I hope your PER will come through without any problems!

Good Luck!
thanks man. Wish u all the success ahead.
