Maybe they want to move the PER and the encashement closer to each other? They will merge the 2 like they did for Per and Aor

they are not ahead of time, CC payment when authorised goes to ur card almost instantly and bd is as good as cash and its a tough job to find out the details for bd than cc.

i dont agree that there is any difference.

it could be a reason that two person checking the files, one going for cc the other for bd.

i might be wrong. anybody's suggestion will help.

I think that charging cc is much more easier,than charging bd that's why it takes too much time,for bd. Moreover, in case of bd you have to insist your bank to have the encashment status, but for cc u can have encashment status by simply checking your balance.

What about other nocs other than 1122, I think this.week we will get a lot of encashment news.

What is the role of the case processing centres?
A national mail-in service handles most applications made in Canada through
case processing centres (CPCs) in Vegreville, Alberta; Mississauga, Ontario;
and Sydney, Nova Scotia.
CPC Vegreville processes:
• extensions of temporary resident status and temporary resident
permits;
• work and study permits;
• applications for permanent residence by certain classes in Canada; and
• loans for the right of permanent residence fee.
CPC Mississauga processes applications to sponsor family members living
abroad.
CPC Sydney processes:
• applications for permanent resident cards; and
• citizenship applications (described in the “Citizenship” section of
this guide).
CPCs process about 80 percent of the applications made in Canada. Clients
and their representatives can check the progress of their applications
through the Web site or by contacting the Call Centre.
When sending an application to one of these centres, applicants should make
sure it is complete and that they have signed it. They must include all the
required information and documents, photographs and proof of fee payment.

CIC Tweet as somebody pointed out correctly on 11th Aug said that "less than 100 spots were left under 1122 category" and then on Aug 22nd it said Cap reached.

I saw in the spreadsheet that somebody whose app reached on July 4th has got his app returned saying "Cap reached".

For somebody who has seen the last time's process, I want to know if the returned applications had the standard reason of "Cap Reached" or reasons such as "Insufficient points...etc...etc" were also given ???

I still cannot fathom the fact that Cap of 500 was reached within first week of July itself. Number of applications for Canada cannot be as high as US H1B visa guys? or UK HSMP (When it existed)?

What about the letters for somebody whose apps were returned due to incompleteness? What was the content of those letters? My friend who filed from South Africa had his applications reached on July 13th and his BD was encashed as I mentioned in one of my previous posts. So there is no possible connect here about the cap reaching within first week of July.

Also those who had applied through consultants specially the known one's in India and abroad ;can you guys validate if your apps too have returned with reason stating "Cap Reached". Because I am atleast assuming that applications will pass the completeness check for those who filed through consultants.

I got the email reply from CIC, and my application was received also on the 13th of July... Is your friend's application sent with a job offer?

This is the exact copy of the email from CIC response
Dear Sir/Madam,

Please be advised that your application was returned with all attachments on 30 Aug 2011 as the cap of NOC 1122 has been reached.

Please note: all returned applications are sent via regular mail to the mailing address as entered on the application form. There is no tracking number. Once the application is mailed, its delivery is the responsibility of the postal service.

Thank you for your interest in Canada.

Hi
I think this forum was very informative during the initial stages but slowly it is becoming a source of confusion because everybody is jut posting their assumptions.
Guys lets understand one thing everybody here is applying for immigration who qualifies and who doesn't is a different part of the story. Lets agree that everybody among us has put a considerable amount of time and money in the process.
My request to all of you is that whether we make it in the cap or not we have to show some maturity. we cannot talk like kids lets be mature. I see a lot of people ( not to offend anyone personally) are just posting their comments without analyzing it. Guys when u have a information analyze it than if you r convinced than only paste it.
Your comments should be with some kind of proof attached to it. eg. in some comments people say CIO office cannot be so irresponsible and in the same comment they say they have done this very irresponsibly.
Now how can they be talking both and when somebody cross question the post they have no answer to post a reply.
Let me tell you not a single one of us have received our application back.
None of the NOC is being charged or updated.
None of the emails received says we are sending back your application because IT WAS RECEIVED AFTER THE CAP WAS FULL.
lets wait for some time because if you are disheartened so fast than even if you get the immigration and you move to Canada than there will be 1000 things which will dishearten you. remember you are currently in your home country settled tommorow that will be a new country and if you will loose hope so early say u don't get a job for eg. for few months than ur negative attitude is not going to only bother you but risk ur family also.
Guys everyone dies one day that doesn't means you will stop living today. whatever comes face it make a plan B execute it and enjoy life.
Enjoyment and achievement are internal if you dont know how to be happy in any situation trust me changing the country also will never make you happy.
Thanks

Hi
If any body is interested in Austria here is some information
Austria is a highly developed, stable democracy with a modern economy. It is a party to the Schengen Agreement and joined the European union in 1995.
Austria has introduced a new criteria based immigration scheme: the Red-White-Red Card (RWR Card). The RWR Card aims at a more flexible immigration of qualified third-country work force and their families who wish to settle permanently in Austria according to personal and labour market criteria.

The so-called ‘Red-White-Red’ card is a criteria-based system. The criteria include qualification levels, work experience, language skills and age, for which points are given; those who gain a certain level of points are granted access to the Austrian labour market.
Features of the RWR card:
• This Card is issued to very highly qualified/key workers and professionals in shortage professions to live and settle permanently in Austria;
• Skilled workers in shortage professions and other key workers need a Job offer to apply for a RWR Card;
• The Highly Qualified Worker program is a points based scheme that allows you to work in Austria without a Job offer. You are allowed to stay for 6 months- without a Job offer;
• After finding a job in Austria, the Red White Red card can be applied for which will be issued for 12 months. This will also allow you to take your spouse and children below 18;
• Your spouse can obtain a RWR card Plus and start working in Austria;
• Allows you to gain the permanent residency after 5 years of residence status;
• You can get your Citizenship after 5 years following your permanent residence status.
• Funds requirement is very low;
• It is a quick process of 3 – 5 months;
• It is not a quota-based immigration model.
