sexyeyes12 got application back as she sent academic IELTS result instead of general.

oh thats sad. it seems that cic is getting strict now. last year those who had given academic result, cic had not sent application back, instead cic had asked to submit general test result and had given time for that.

Just recieved a reply from cic after 11 days.

"Please be advised that your application was returned with all attachments on 30 August 2011 as the cap of NOC 1122 has been reached."

Guess everyone after the 8th should have no hope of their cc / bd being encashed. Process seems to be the same as last year.

A few minutes back got a reply from CSU that our application is currently awaiting review.

Guess everyone after the 8th should have no hope of their cc / bd being encashed. Process seems to be the same as last year.

Which means July 8th is the cut off date for NOC 1122 Some of them on 8th made it through. I am really really sorry for all the others.

Then, how did jason123 (1122 sent on 13th July) got his/her cc charged. This was so out of the trend. I now do not seem to trust this person.

MY GOD. I JUST CHECKED YOU APPLICATION HAD REACHED ON 8TH JULY. THAT MEANS MOST OF US ARE OUT OF LIST. THATS JUST HEART BREAKING.

i just saw on another post that someone (karanbindra84) got email revert from cic that his application is send back as it is incomplete.

his application was received by cic on 5th july.

Hi..what is her/his lacking documents? I just want to know how Strict is CIC now..If its Ielts,then it is a grave offense..but I am curious about the tiny little things .

Any query u put forward to CIC/CSU, they come back with "application is currently awaiting review" crap. Guess they have some std template defined to reply to any query.
