If the Total Complete Applications were really only those received up until July 6 and since the trends seem to pretty much stay the same until present day, then the 770 present complete applications would translate into over 4600 applications received by CIC to date. If half of those are for NOC 1122 (as expected), that would mean CIC already has more than 2300 applications. Minus the 500 cap, you get at least 1800 extra applications for 1122 alone. Since the cap is still open, this would probably get to as much as 2500 extra applications.
Now if it takes on average $20 to ship these applications back, that's $50,000 spent on extra 1122 applications alone, I can't imagine their management being this bad!!!
I believe they're backed up by less than 3 days and trying to keep a close grip so they minimize the number of extra applications, since that would benefit both the applicants and CIC.
