In my views, our applications first received in mail room by a person who sign there as a receiver.
Then after scrootening they separate the different NOC applications and later deliver to a particular room or staff who deals with that NOC .
After checking your all required papers they encash your CC/BD and after that the other person check your points if you get 67 or not, after that they check your claim for
the applied NOC .After this the officer issue you PER/NER.and this is the stage when they update website for applications received .
It does not matter if your cc/bd is encashed or not. If they encash it, they will send it to you by their BD. yes, if your application is rejected by VO, then at that stage they
will not return you the processing fee.
THE NUMERICAL FIGURE WHICH IS SHOWN THERE THIS OR THAT MUCH APPLICATIONS ARE RECIEVED IS ATLEAST 10 DAYS OLD DATA AS MOST OF THE
RECIEVED APPLICATIONS ARE STILL IN MAIL ROOM . We can say that 307 applications for noc 1122 was on 23rd-24th of july . they mentioned in their website that this
number is approx. not the exact .
Last year I was thinking that I was in according to their website figure but later they informed me that my application they send it back as cap was reached earler.
Please comment on these views ""Then after scrootening they separate the different NOC applications and later deliver to a particular room or staff who deals with that NOC .
After checking your all required papers they encash your CC/BD""" if thats the case then e.g if for a perticular NOC the first application CIC recieved on 6th august(today) then according to the above statement the application will be transfered to the concerning staff to this NOC and for them its the first application so after checking they will carge CC/BD so which means the application check for this application is done even before the 1122 application received on 8th July.
OR they are checking the applications on first come first serve basis irrespective of NOC number.
As I understand they are checking and charging the CC/BD on first come first serve basis irrespective of NOC.
Please comment.
