Wow.............
Thanks ur so concerned only about my BD on this entire forum...

But what kind of assessment was that.
Dint find any logic in it................ ???

Anyone who found logic in this assessment........?

The first update on the website was on the 21st if I'm not wrong, and the first CC that got charged was on the 22nd, so I think it's possible that the first CC should be part of the first 52 because they would have completed the reviews of the 52 and updated on the website and after that would have gone to the next step of en-cashing BDs or charging the credit cards etc. This is a speculation and not always all the speculations end up up in right logic. Just a food for thought.

Seniors,

For my information please , if you provide employer reference & other docs to show the 'other' work experience not related to the NOC that the application is filed , is it necessary to mention it in the form 'Economic classes - Federal skilled worker' Question 11 , although it is not Skill 0, A or B ?

Can points be claimed for such experience?

Hey guys,

My husband is the principal applicant and I selected VO Buffalo as US is our current country of residence. Is it OK if I (spouse of principal applicant) go to my home country for a period of 4-5 months? I have not sent my PCC with my application so I have to wait to hear from the VO but we have made all arrangements for getting those documents when required. How will this or how will this not effect our application? Any thoughts friends?

hey dont worry if you have not sent ppc with application. it wont make any different at this stage. this is what it is mentioned in the EG7 Instruction Guide.

"We strongly recommend that you submit your police certificates with your application to the CIO. If you are unable to obtain all the necessary police certificates, you may still send your application to the CIO without them. However, please note that if your application is placed into processing you must be ready to submit them to the visa office when requested."

But you have to give it at a later stage and its compulsory.

Hi Hortons,

I don't think there would be any problem. The processing of the app will take some time. You (as a spouse of Principal applicant) can visit your home country if you are confident that PCC can be arranged in your absence in case your VO asked for the same while you are on trip. For safer side, you can reduce your travelling time to 2-3 months as you don't only have to submit PCC but Medicals as well for which you should be present.

Regards,

CIO is taking much time to encash CC/BD, anybody has sent any email to them to check the application status??

only after 6 weeks since they receive our application we could email them, right?

Most of us are worrying that why arent we seeing any BD / CC encashments.

but just look at the spreadsheet guys....from the early applicants how many are regular visitor of this forum...it is very much possible that those people's bd / cc has been charged but they havent posted here.

Hi RKC,

Few questions for you
1) What is PER and NER. 2) What is 1st PER and 2nd PER 3) PER and AOR are same? 4) what are the time lines for AOR and PERs

PER positive eligibility review
NER negative eligibility review

hi,

Followings are sololy upon my own knowledge, may not 100% correct.

1. PER: positive eligibility review (means u r passed for 67pts.), NER: negative eligibility review (means u r NOT passed)
2. 1st PER given by CIO, 2nd PER by VO
3. no, AOR is just the acknowledgment of receipt
4. timelines are not fixed, my assumption is 1-2 months for AOR, 2-4 for PER.

::: rockstar :::

agree ;)
