Hi Friends..I got interview call from NDVO after six months of submitting the passport. But now the trouble is that I am in Canada and my husband is in India. So how can I come to India without passport.

Thanks Rawlin..Actually I also think its due to my marriage situation. I got married in March 2010 after getting my visa. I left for Canada in May 2010. Its tricky for VO to understand...but it happens only in India ...So please guide me...I have been through terrible time without my husband for last two years. My interview is exactly one month from now...I think I need extension ( to get my passport from NDVO, then somebody will come to canada to pass it to me, it cannt happen in month month). What is the best way to contact them to get a quick response...

LVO sends RPRF request along MR, if you received then pay to THE RECEIVER GENERAL FOR CANADA by dd. its only for applicants and dependents above 18 years.its 490/head , send this dd along your other requested documents

Alright, are you insinuating that there is no any RPRF form to be completed indicating how much I am paying.

If there is any RPRF form to completed, how do I get it downloaded?

If not I presume, I can send them a Banker's Draft quoting THE RECEIVER GENERAL FOR CANADA.

but the +ve thing is that ur case is moving and u may get PPR,RPRF and MR on the very next day. as it happened to one such applicant on this thread.
so otherwise too u 'll have to come back to INDIA to submit ur PP for Stamping....

Acc. to me u r not very far from from Decision made. may be a month after Interview or MR.

Ques 1. Are u on Study visa ????
Ques 2 . When is ur current visa expiring ???
Ques 3. did u never visited ur husband from the time u r in Canada???? Coz u may be ur relation is under suspicion coz of distances...... ?????
Ques 4. R u from North INDIA(punjab or so). Coz they have alwayz a suspicious eye on marriges . coz of marriage frauds . ?????

If yes may be u can prepare for expected answers...

Hi Prince..I actually got my PPR six months ago and submitted my passport then. Now, I am here in Canada without passport.
All other things are right, I am from North India, on study permit, Visa expired becoz they had my passport at NDVO and I could nt renew it. I know they have doubts regarding my wedding due to all those fraud people. How can I fly back without passport...

here the case takes a serious turn.

1. Master qorax is the only person to help u out. send her a PM. coz as far as i knw carrying others passport is offence(but i am not sure about it)

2. i think if u misses 1st interview date, i think they 'll get back to u and schedule another interview.
3. If they had requested PP 6 months back. than then must have smelled smthing fishy that they scheduled interview at such advanced stage.
4. Even if ur Visa expires and u have applied for PR even than u r not allowed to stay in Canada, coz until u get DM, u r not a PR holder.
I landed in Canada few days back only and i am in touch with authorities on the no. below as i had sm issue regarding surname.

of course u can consult @ 1 888 242 2100 toll free no. at canada for immigrants.

Hello Everyone,

Just to inform you guys that I and family member received our MR on the 23/08/2012 after a very long wait and we did the medical same day.

Please, ensure you do the right thing no matter how long it takes to process your application.

I want to thank you guys for your support and information.

And most especially God for his mercies and favour because for the last eleven months I applied for FSW, I got married, got a new baby boy and now my MR.

What can I ask for, if not thank God.

I agree with this that it's illegal to stay without visa. how did you send you Passport in India?someone took along?and its illegal to mail Passports across the border.quite a tough situation. Good luck. you must definitely contact Mr. Qorax.

Well, My student permit is still valid, therefore, my status in Canada is legal. I need visa for re-entry only. I sent my passport with authority letter with some relative going back to India.

I agree with this that it's illegal to stay without visa. how did you send you Passport in India?someone took along?and its illegal to mail Passports across the border.quite a tough situation. Good luck. you must definitely contact Mr. Qorax.

Is there anything called emergency travel document. If my passport is with embassy and I am called for interview in India, Can I get some other travel document to get back to India.
