Hello dear forummates.. I need your advice..

I am sending our passports to CEM tomorrow but I am having trouble filling up Appendix A... It's a simple question but I'm not sure the way I understood the instructions... I am the principal applicant with my son and hubby as my dependants.

Question is.....

Appendix A asks to complete the following information for YOU AND ALL YOUR DEPENDANTS, whether accompanying or not. And at the bottom part it says, Original Signature of Principal Applicant besides the date.

Do we need to provide our own copy of Appendix A with my signature as the Principal Applicant? or Just fill up only one form of Appendix A for us three?

I know this is a simple question, I just want to be sure. Hope somebody could shed light on this... Thank you in advance.. GOD Bless us all.

And yeah I landed on 3rd July. we are fine now. as we both (me n wife) have got job.in first three weeks we were not able to see any thing for a job but them my wife got one and I got my job last week.people are friendly and nice. And networking is very important here. And getting Valid driver's license is much more important. Good luck to you buddy.

but i heard winter is cruel here. but i see taxes are lesser too than other famous provinces.

Thanks buddy. and yeah its a starter job. Thats not my desired job but I know this job will help me alot to get into my desired job. hoping for the best and prayers of family and friends and none the less friends from this forum.

it's been now 50 days that my status update wid medical line receive ...no passport return .I don't know wat to do.
