hello sahil
You have mentioned that your case was reconsidered. Did you request them for reconsideration?..or NER was just a system error...? Or ur application was with CIC NS and they considered it coz ur NOC was again relaunched in MI 3....wht is ur opinion...?
I think you fall into mi 3 category as ur application was reconsider under MI3...wish you DM soon mate...cheers.

Wecando,

i think the VO had overlooked my documents for which i got the NER....
when an explanation letter was sent again..... without any additional documents
it was reconsidered.... as i got the refusal in august and again it was reconsidered i think im
MI3 ... not sure though

Hi All,

I have been following this and some other threads from sometime. My son is a student in Canada since last 1.5 years.
I applied as FSW in August 2011, my wife and my two sons are dependents. To submit the passport, I called my son as
it was vacation there. We completed our medicals on 23 March 2012 and send PP, MR & RPRF on same day via blue dart,
same was received by VO on 24 March 2012. RPRF en cashed on 19 April 2012, Medical received line emerged on 19 April
2012. We are desperately waiting for the PPs as my son's college starts fro 7 May 2012.
