Firstly Congratulation on New BORN Angel

In order to add your child to your application, CIO require the following documents:

processing fee for your child (if accompanying you to Canada)
your child's birth certificate
copy of your child's valid passport
3 recent photographs of your child
updated IMM0008 Generic for yourself and updated IMM5406 “Additional Family Information” form for yourself and your spouse.

You must also take into account that the amount of money that you need to have to support your family is determined by the size of your family and the cost of living in Canada. Therefore, as your family size has changed, you must increase the amount of settlement funds required to immigrate to Canada.

Regards

It very clearly stated in the form...........
Below
Steps to follow..........
1. Calculate the applicable fee by referring to the fee table below
Principal Applicant is for u
And after that there r three columns
see in which column ur wife and kids fall in according to the criteria given in the adjacent box..........
U then add that in the amounts due column and write it in TOTAL PAYMENT BOX

Thank Mr Popular for the information. The problem am encountering here is that I have applied before and the payment as been en-cashed but because am trying to add my spouse, I know the row to add my wife and the amount, but the issue is that the principal applicant detail is still in the form, as a template, one can not cancel it.

Do I cancel the principal applicant detail with a pen, complete the appropriate row for my spouse and just make the total sum $550 for my wife only or do add my wife $550 to the principal applicant $550 to make it $1100 and direct CIC to credit $550 in section B of the form.

That is the confusion am facing at the moment.

Pls, comment.

...how have you been buddy?

There's no cause for concern in your case. Cairo VO is slightly behind in processing applications. Just go through the speadsheet, that'll give you lot of insight into the processing times of various VOs. And you will also notice that many applicants before you, from Cairo VO) are still awaiting MR.

I know this wai can be killing...but we're left we no other choice....but to wait!

cheers

First of all hearty congratulations on your baby!! That's quite a feeling hun...becoming a parent!!

About informing the VO.
First apply for your baby's passport. It should not take you more than a week to get his passport. Then write them a letter, enclose your baby's passport copies, along with fee payment and his birth certificate copy, updated generic and family information forms and new POF with enhanced money as required. Send the package to your VO.

Inform them by email about this inclusion and also mention that you have sent all the necessary docs and fee for the same, via courier.

All the best!

Hello seniors

PLZ PLZ PLZ Advise me

My medical is on 22nd February and I have diabetic, and little bit blood pressure, does i have to tell them. Does it affect my pR process. I dont have any major problem pls advice me what i have to do.

pakistantocanada1...as I mentioned to you in response to your earlier post on the same query...please DO NOT hide anything from your DMP. Please take along the medicines that you have been taking as well.

And don't you worry about diabetes. It's one of the most common aliments. Please relax for your meds. Your BP should not shoot up with all the anxiety you are going through. Relax :)

Dear forum members
As you know my app. was returned due to cap reached before. I am preparing for July 2012. Now my question is may i send again those documents notarized papers from previous app or i have to translate and notarized(which is not in English) and all other documents needs to be notarized again, except pcc, experience letter and bank certificate.

Hello Rafayet...You may use the same notorised documents this time. But remember you have to provide fresh documents for the following:

Work Exp Letter (there are conflicting views on this though. Some say you can re-send the same ones, but I would advice you to get fresh ones, if it's not too much trouble. For your current job at least)
PCC
Proof of POF
All the forms

IELTS is valid for 2 years now. So that also you may re-send.

Trust this clarifies your doubts. Else please ask.

Cheers
