hi everyone...my application was received on 30th of december in NOC 1233, insurance claim ....do you guys think i would fall inside the cap ..the latest CIC list shows 240 applications received as of January 12...keep in mind that applications filed under the pharmacist code as early as september, fell outside the cap while the cic website till late november kept showing that the cap is not filled.

Thanking in advance.

CIO is working on files received in Nov. so there is a backlog of two months. Keeping the pace of your NOC i think there are quite a chances that you will be in.
Good luck

Thanks dear for an elaborating answer.

My Visa office is London. So you say it should be to the name of "Canadian High Commission, London" ?
But some1 told me that It should go with the name of "The Receiver General For Canada"

So where must it go?

hello there..I am just not sure..but the payment fee instruction for RPRF
is already included in our medical letter from manila vo.. It says something like
"deposit the fees to the "Canadian Embassy,Manila"..

I think its not the receiver general for canada..because its the account of the CIC,
Nova Scotia..and we are about to pay our rprf or processing of our ppr to our local vo..

maybe the instructions was also written in your medical notice..take care and godbless :)

Hey Buddy
dont worry, they dont do background checks for everyone.. if they find anything fishy or suspicious in your docs then only they will cal ur employer and do the background checks.. 3 of my friends has already got their PR visa stamped and their employer did not receive any call..
If you check the NDVO website which is www.india.gc.ca the timeline that is mentioned over there is 6 weeks after they receive the application

And there are very few chances that they will call you for interview but if they do then don't be afraid becoz they wont ask u for the scientific calculations, they will simply ask everything about you and your work exp and all your history which I think you should not feel afraid of... In interview they just cross check that there is no conflict between ur docs and what u say

Dear Luckymystery and Jijitipie:

I am from London VO and we have been asked to make a Bank Draft in CAD in favor of the Receiver General for Canada with a clearing bank in Canada. I think Manila VO has different instructions.... Each one follow the clear instructions given in your medical letters... it may not be handled in the same way by all visa offices...

God bless!

My ECAS has been updated to include "Medical results have been received."

That's it.

Bow.

Applause.
