It is a little unexpected and weird I would say. They stopped issuing AORs and looks like they have again started issuing AORs 4 months after their last AOR. Looks like CIOs package to Buffalo got misplaced amidst the Christmas and New Year Hungama and now finally reached CIO.I am already bugging my husband to check his email everyday- morning, noon and night.

In discussions on the importance of considering the attributes of principal applicants' spouses the question of rewarding the spouse's official language proficiency was raised. There was general support for this under the adaptability factor, and it was felt that it should not be a mandatory requirement. It's interesting... My PER date was Sept 8 and I got AOR from Buffalo on Oct 7. Every one received second AOR's around that time except pr_moon_moon. Why is that?
