Thanks to all my forum friends who helped me in every way and guidance for your precious prayers.

Today 11-01-2012, 3.5 hours ago I received my Medical Request and RPRF along with with medical form and medical instruction and address label of CHC, London.

It is dated 05-01-2012
and was dispatched from London on same date and it was received by Pakistan Post in my city today 11-01-2012 and hats off to our Post office I received it at 2.30 p.m. PST. And I was expecting that It'll not come before 20th jan,2012. But unpredictable for me and my family. We are planning to have appointment on Monday.

And yeah one thing one it came with the same my address label that I had included in my application. So no need to worry that what address is in ECAS.

Once again Thanks to all.

And all the best to every1 for their processing. And now my special wish and pray for RKC who is waiting for MR and i am not forgetting NKKD as well, so my best prayers for her as well and I hope that my Prayers will wake up the CHC, Buffalo staff to do something.

Cheers All.

Thats awesome... Congratulations.. one step closer!!!

Hello Clear cool....

Below is communication received from Buffalo, NY..I thought this is AOR from VO. Can you confirm if you recieve same communication in Oct 1st week from VO?

Dear XXXXXXXXX,

This confirms that your application for permanent residence in Canada has been received by Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) on 2011/07/06.

When should I contact CIC?
You must notify CIC of any changes to your application. Examples of changes include:
• Changes in your personal circumstances, such as birth or adoption of a child, a marriage or a divorce
• Change of contact information (e-mail, mailing address, telephone number)
• Appointment or change of immigration representative or designated individual
• Decision to withdraw your application
To notify CIC of changes to your application, visit www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/offices/missions.asp, select the office stated below, and follow the directions for “Case Specific Enquiry.”
When will CIC contact me?
CIC will contact you if we require additional information, documents, or an interview. For general guidance on what to expect, you can visit www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications and consult the “What happens next” section of the instruction guide associated with the application form you used.

How do I check the status of my application?

How long will it take to process my application?
Processing times vary. You can consult the processing times for reference at: www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times
Please be aware that answering e-mails takes time away from processing applications. For this reason, unless your application has exceeded normal processing times, please limit your correspondence to notifying us of changes in your application.

Please consult the following resources about settlement in Canada:
• For information on language assessment and training, visit www.cic.gc.ca/english/newcomers/before-language-training.asp

Good to see you here in forum with same NOC and VO. Hope we can share useful info and help clarify doubts.

1. When are you planning to keep your PCCs ready ?

2. Do we (Buffalo VO) recieve RPRF, PCC & MR request all at once?

NNKD - Pls reply if you can answer too

hi clear cool is that a PER?

Hi everyone,

I was wondering who else has had their Medical Request? I just received mine on the 6th Jan 2012 and am going on Friday to a designated doctor to have my med exam done, its rather expensive..but has to be done!

Can I ask as well please...once I have been issued my PR, how long am I allowed to actually move? Can I 'land' in the province I want to move to just to validate my visa and then go back to the UK to finish and tie up anything else I need to before properly moving to Canada?? What are the rules about this please?

Hope someone can help...Thankyou :)
