is it possible for u to post the complete content? minus the personal details. If the undersigned is Buffalo, plus the wording "received", then maybe this is ur RBVO...coz PER letter has FSW CIO, Sydney address w/ it...

Tdy, I received the email from CIC in which there is an application NO. E0000xxx4x, I was told by my friends that:I have got my PER, I wonder it is true? If it is true, I got this per in Jan.6th, 2012. Thank God!!!

DD wash encashed on Dec.20th, the PER date is Jan. 6th, it came by e-mail.

ps I am pretty sure I saw myself in ss, can't check it right now, but a couple days ago I was there

I am assuming that your file was received by LVO.

Hi NKKD Hortons. I have already submitted the request for add change, to which LVO did respond and also mentioned that the updated add. may not be reflected in the ECAS but it wd b updated in their files. I was trying to look for the option to change the add. on the ECAS as advised by Your Highness.
I am also assuming that my file has been received by LVO as my status never showed RBVO and has been "In Process" since PER. As I came to know from my fellow LVO applicants on the forum that LVO doesn't send AORs, it is only an assumption that my file is with LVO. Thanx a ton for your advice reg add change and all the best to you.

i am in serious situation due to my consultant.
i applied under 3152 but now my consultant told me that my application is returned due to cap
when i was applying i requested to my cosultant that please include my experience in social worker NOC with 3152 NOC , he informed me that your experience in social worker is not related to your education , but now i came to know from this forum that relation between education and experience is not essential.
Now i am preparing my application according to social worker NOC BUT I AM AFRAID that there may be -ve results because in my previous application i have not mention the experinece of social worker NOC
my fellows what you will suggest for me , i am in tension due to my consultant

Be aware that most immigration consultant could either careless or ignorant of the whole application processes and right documentations.
You are better of doing it your self. All infos you need could be found in the CIC website, as well other forums. It's time consuming though, be ready to share your taught and views on here cos lots of forumite are be willing to help out.
If your NOC cap has been reached there very little you could do about it. You just have to wait for June 2012. Prepare your self well ahead of time, gather all necessary document that is required of you and visit the CIC site from time to time for any updates.

This is the only way out!!!

my agent called me yesterday to inform me about my medical notice..I still dont know the exact date of its issuance from CEM..will go to manila next week..Thank you Almighty God.Thank you Jesus.
