dear amir, are you using the same experiance certificate and qualification certificates?

Amir my dear,

You must clarify which graduation you got and how many years you have worked in each NOC. In this forum there are wonderful people ready to help, but you Need to provide more information(without personal details, of course).
I am sure you will get all the answers you need.

i applied under 3152 i am qualified nurse with 5 years of experince now i am reapplying under social worker NOC
with same UCI , Qualification , experience of nurse but additional experience of social worker.

dear patricia, i think amir confused, if he/she use same experiance certificates for diff noc, cio officer may doubt the authenticity of the application. i hope, he plans to apply under 4152(socialworker).

can anybody clarify

if ur file is returned due to cap then it means tht it didnt even go through the completeness check. they wud not have given u a file number n not even gone through ur papers n documents. (this is my opinion)
now if u think tht u can truthfully provide them details about job description n everything else required u shud go ahead n file new application as social worker.
i hope the seniors will b able to give u much better advice in this regard but i feel tht u can do it.
regards
Ovais

Hi Westpoint,

Do you think, I can make it? My application was received on 28th of October, 2011 by CIO for NOC 3113. My CC hasn't be charged as of now and Number of Complete Applications Received for NOC 3113 is currently 463 out of 500.

Please share your experience/expertise.

Regards,
Chintu

i will not hide any thing , i wrote the UCI on my new application but with a cover letter why i did not include the experience of social worker in my previous application.

Ovais is right. CIO doesn't check applications ( forms/documents et al) if they receive them after the cap has reached. This application which you plan to send will be as good as new. No need for a cover letter. If you have one year full time or part time equivalent paid 4152 experience in the last 10 years which you can support /document , go ahead & file.

FYI the cap for 3152 reached on 19th July.
