only 62 places left in my NOC (3112) ... my application recieved at 8-november-2011 .. do u think there's any chence to be in cap .... I'm verrrry DEpresssssssssssssssssssssssssed , bad christmas for me...

do anybody know the length of CIC's christmas vacation (from... to ...) and when will they resume work.

Congrats to all had PER or DD encashed past few days , and Merry christmas for u all.

seniors please advice on this why i havent received my PER still even my submition date is ahead of SMARTPT..... and CC is charged too....

what happened to u mang did u get ur laptop back...

your highness im thinking of calling CIO next week if i dont get my PER soon....

you need to contact CHC, write mail informing them about this error . Ask if they can send your corrected form by email as post will eat up another 15 days in transit. You also have an option of having your corrected form posted to your India address. Also write about your scheduled trip to India for medicals. CHC ND will resume work from Wednesday next week.

Thanks RKC for the reply.. Are you talking about the online query form of new delhi? Yeah, as you said i have written them about my problem. I also gave them my address in India and asked them to send the rectified form on that address. the last date for them to receive my documents is 24th Jan,2012. I am worried now!
Also I called one of the doctors in Canada and she said I can get my medicals done, the only thing is I will have to correct it myself on the form and I will have to write back to CHC about the correction. Please share your views...

The same was the case with me.. I tried all combinations and It could never trace my records. The mystery got resolved when I received my medical request two days back and it has now given birth to another problem!. The date of birth as mentioned on my medical request form is incorrect and if I use that date, it traces my records! I am not sure how this answer of mine is gonna help you but the CHC people can make all sorts of stupid mistakes.. that I can comprehend!

Salam Mr, ovais, I want to ask you something, i have applied for Immigration under FSW category NOC 3112. i sent my documents on he 19th of dec 2011 and and delivered at cio Nove Scotia on the 23rd dec2011. i want to ask you, how would i know that my application is received by the CIO, and will they entertain my application before the cap apply. There are only 62 application places available only.

Dont worry go2moorthy some visa officers are slow as compare to others. Ur PER is on the way. It can settle in ur inbox anytime. Good wishes for u.
