Dear Candidates from India.
Can some one guide me on how should I send the package.
DHL or FedEx ? how much time do each of these take for delivery ?

I want it to reach as soon as possible as my NOC 3113 is filling up very fast.
Planning to send the application today.

DHL and it takes 4-6 working days as it goes from new delhi>>london>usa> canada

Please call CIC if you havent called already. You will find the number in many previous posts of this thread. Pick up the number from one of the posts and call. Just remember you have to wait in queue for at least 15 to 20 mins. So hang in there...and talk to them.
