PLZ anyone tell me what is the meaning of MI...MI3 ...........MI2..........WHAT DOES ALL THAT MEAN...r they connected with cap reached.........plz plz plz ans.asap.........thanks.

Those are ministral instructions changes over the past years.MI 3 will be applicable for us( post july 2011)Major difference of MI 2 and MI 3 is Reduction of Capacity 1000(MI 2) to 500(MI 3),I suppose

when i my application reached to cic the total of noc 0631 was 180.....sep 20.........is it possible that the cap is reached as russel said here.............how is it possible if i ws between 180-200.......plz let me know..........

Hi all!

I still haven't received any info from CIO! And now cap is full! SO i am guessing that i am not in due to lack of paperwork! Oh well after sulking for about 48 hrs , am back on track!...

Please update my info to "returned due to lack of paper work" .... i guess i didn't send in my birth certificate...that's why!!!
Anyway ! Now I am wondering what to do next! Should I apply for Qubec immigration or should i apply for study visa!!!!

Any suggestions....!!! or should i wait for next year's new list!

Still wondering!!!! Any really smart suggestions ???

In my case, Ecas says we started processing your application on November 22.. ( the same date as Big O) ... But I never received any MR yet... Big O received his 1 week back I think.. Hmmm... Maybe a postal delay or even further background checks.. No idea... The postal service is bad where I live too... Or do u guys think I should send a case specific enquiry or should I wait more... ? Hmmm ?
