Hey guys,

I think we should also get connected on facebook and gtalk chat as well... so can we can recognize each other with faces and its a good way to stay in touch in future as well.... And we can ask for help or advise anytime...

And after reaching there we will be the only people who will be familiar with each other and can share the knowledge faster and in a much convenient way...

I believe its a very good option to know each other by face and by interacting more we can create a good friend circle even before going there....

dear russel.......did u send ur application on 20 september...........or the application was received by cic on 20 september...........didnt u ask them on which date they hav stopped their processing for noc 0631,,,,,,,,,,,,,

mang i dont know what to do.........m very mch dissapointed.......i think in our forum there is no one left without me and russel for noc 0631 till sep 20...........russel is not included in the cap........so is it like whatever cic updates in there website about the total number of application all are wrong............... :'(........i dont trust them anymore............

Toronto25...like I had mentioned before, the CIC website update is not current. It has a back log of at least 60 days. That is why we (0631s of Sep) were SO WORRIED.

But the ray of hope for you is that, Russell's appl was "sent" on 20th Sep, but was "rcvd" by CIC on 26th Sep. So ideally his appl date would be 26th. Yours is 20th. A good 6 days prior.

So now, I request you to please call up CIC today. Positively. Tell them that your BD has been charged (never mind if it has been charged or not) and you wish to get your UCI (Unique Client ID) and File number (the one that starts with E.

I have a strong feeling you must be in. Why I am telling you this, is because, I had done some calculations for Russell (thinking his appl date was 20th) and as per that he would fall in cap. But this is just my personal calculation, so there is every chance that I may be wrong. But I do wish I am right this time.

So call up buddy. It will give you great relief. Trust me.

The number to call is in many posts here. Just pick it up and call. Bear in mind that you have to wait for a verrry looong time before you get to speak to an agent. So be patient and hold on. The entire call may be half an hour or so.
