do you have any idea how long we have to wait for CC encashment some seniors told me we may have to wait for 80days its almost 70 days past but still no movement...... getting very tensed....

chill out buddy, we'll get past that 80 days to think that we've reach 70s 8) 8) 8) they're already processing september applicants and then it will be our turn

i dont agree with you.cz he applied in september.so he might be 195 or more than that......when a application reached to the cic then cic includes that application in counting when they publish total number of federal skilled worker. am i right??in my sense i think so..........u shouldnt frightened us....cic is telling noc 0631 is 498.......not necessary all those are approved by cic.........those are only submitted application..........not even final..........correct me if i am wrong........thanks........... :-\

I sent my application alongwith docs/IELTS on 26 August 2011. Application was received on 31 August 2011. Bank Draft was encashed on 17 November 2011. PER and AOR was received through email on 28 November, 2011. ECAS staus shows "In Process". ECAS status detail "We received your application for permanent residence on August 31, 2011".

do you think I would still be able to make it to the 6242 cap (Cook) if I will submit my application by january next year? As of Dec 5, the cap reached 97 already.

Dear Friend,
The highest percentage as informed by one of the forum member was 200% possible that you can send your application. I say little more than that. You can make it by 201% sure.

My timeline is d same as urs but alas, as yet no change in ECAS. Still d same "In Process". Just waiting 4 d MR anxiously. Hope it happens soon. Congrats 2 u once again.

Just cool down my friend. If you are 20 th September Applicant and worried, then let me tell you I am the 26 th sept applicant on same NOC. I am telling you, you are in, in and in. From my last year experience I am telling you this. Next week when 0631 will be 500. Then after add more 2/3 weeks with September 10, Which I mean, up to 24th of September or may be up to 30th September applicant will get the PER, it is my expectation.All my forum members please note this, my friend Toronto 25 is in. Keep touch buddy.
