do you think I would still be able to make it to the 6242 cap (Cook) if I will submit my application by january next year? As of Dec 5, the cap reached 97 already.

Thanks for the wish. You should expect your PER from mid to end January 2012 because it is mostly taking 80 to 90 days after receipt of application.

You are 12th Sep. If your DD was encashed on 2Dec, which is a Friday, 13th Sep they would encash on 5th Dec (monday) mine (14th Sep) would be encashed by 6th Dec, at the very best. And 5th Dec they announced 498 for 0631.

I wonder if I am in :-\

Status still shows 'we recvd ur app on July 12'..wondering since achtungbabyk has his appl received on 6th July are we in queue for MR before Dec end ? my NOC is same as urs 0631

any clue.

i am surprised by the big jump in the 0631 on the last update. i thought tht after the last update there wud still b 20 odds places will be there. but my theory is tht cap is based on completeness check which shud put u within the cap.
