My application reached on 31 august but still i am waiting for PER. I dont have any idea of DD encashment as my bank is not providing me any information on phone and i am out of city to go in person there.

You are right bro.Last Saturday my E-case status changed and it is "RBVO" now.I am waiting for miracle will happen and get MR soon.I guess E-case status is not 100% accurate sometime ,see Pharmacist77 status,he got MR and his status still says "RBVO".

My category is also 2121 and by this calculation i should also get PER mail by now as my application reached on 31 August. Secondly what is the address of sender in PER mail.
