At what stage the VO request PCC Is it before or after MR .And Will give a specific period for submission

Hey - guys from London VO - I just checked my ecas - it says In Process outside, when I click inside, there is an additional line.... We started processing your application on November 22nd... But this just showed up today... This means it's passed the ' eligibility review' at London and is in process??

hi jijitipie,

this is in regards about the bir. ur employer should have given u ur BIR 2305 income tax return . This form is given to the employees every year. It shows ur total earnings and total deductions each year, ur name and ur employers name. for private employer, their HR provides this BIR 2305 by March to May to all their employess. not sure for government employees though. i suggest contact ur HR or Payroll dept and asked about ur BIR 2305 form. Hope this helps..goodluck

yes, macking is right, it is the employer who will get a tin from BIR in ur behalf, and should give u a copy of ur annual ITR. Another thing, since u are already permanent, naturally u should have a copy of your GSIS contract, if privately employed SSS E4, these are the copies you should have included in your application package. Any deductions made on ur salary is supposed to be reflected in ur payslip, w/c is another doc that u could have included in ur application package...

yes I have my annual income tax return form from bir..i will look for it in my files..
regarding the gsis..is it the letter coming from gsis welcoming me as a member with my gsis ID
#? I also have it..I will look for it in my files too..

I also have a payslip..but I did not collect it monthly lol..
regarding the ITR,GSIS,payslips samples..I tried to submit it on my agency/agent
but they refused to add it on my package as they said it was not written
in the checklist samples..
sayang..It could have strengthen and limits the time for background check/ processing though..

but nevertheless, I will look and gather all my files now..to be ready
just in case anything is needed

In addition, I also asked my mother about this..and she told me that I can get
a certificate of civil service from my employers and certificate of remittance
from gsis,pagibig, etc..

lot of paperworks to do!

Hi, My e case shows in process when I click it shows " We received your application.....". I received PER on October 27th. Its been like that since that time. My VO is New Delhi. Should I be worried. Any body please reply.

Dont trust the e-case status.
My e-case is showing RBO,but they are working on my file , on 25-11 my university got verification request and the clerk gave me call today , told me that they are going to courior it on monday.

hi.how did ur school know your contact number? I just submitted my old TOR to CIC..so I dont think our school can contact me..did they require you a courier fee?

I am in touch with the university clerk , and gave him my cell no.( paid him)
All universities in India must reply back with in 30 working days , its a rule. But they send it throtgh ordinary post.

Does our local vo calls our school for verification?or do they verify through regular mail?

I dont think they ever call to the university, as no one will respond to their call moreover any verification must be in writting.
Generally , every university have 1 or 2 document verification clerk. I dont think u need to contect them as anyway they will reply back in the given time frame.

Thank you for the update dear, wouldn't have noticed it without ur post so +1 for that (for the heads up and the good news).

Am not sure if this means that we have a second PER but it is defenetly a good sign
Best of luck to everyone, it is about time to hear some good news from LVO.

Congrats SmGrGe & Big O! Finally, some activity at the London VO. I think your status must have changed on Friday as Saturday and Sunday are not working days at the CHC London. Let's hope they get around to the rest of us London folks soon!
