I clearly understand with you but however,the letter mentioned my grade as a manager . Stating that I was the district head in charge of........

But in a clear sense,does the said letter not describe the main duties of 631 or is it contrary to that?(which is the context or agument )

Please let me know.

The letter describes the duties but it does not go into details.
The argument is fair but the context does not assist in conveying the message, keep in mind that the officer decision is fairly subjective (he has to decide if the jd is satisfactory or not) there is no formula or numbers involved.

Hi.. congrats.. But are you sure that PER date is 18 Nov, Bcoz the time is 06:45 AM in canada at the moment. CIC starts at 08:00 AM.

Can she feel my tears?

How can this be that she can't see me?
Is it because I'm sitting alone in the darkness?
I just walk past everyone as if I were invisible.

Your calculations are wrong! They are processing more applications per day but that does not mean they received them in that day. They are probably opening application received in 1st or 2nd week of Sept (not sure as I haven't been following up lately).

One thing I noticed, and that is backlog is less at the same time Officers are more efficient!
Stop worrying and practice what you preach dear: Be Positive.
You will make it in the cap and when you do I will be here to say "told you so"

Thank you Big O....for your positive re-inforcement.....everytime. You are a darling really. I know you have been telling me not to worry and are pretty sure I will make the cap. You deserve the right to tell me "I told you so" ;-) I really don't worry when I think from my heart (that is instinctively)....but when I get around to using my stupid head...I get all nervous.

if true that the backlog is about7o days, so we can say: the date of cap reached -70 days =the date of last application accepted? for 3131 lets say the ca may be reached by today nov 18, so, nov 18- 70days=about september 10!!!! so, sep10 will be the last applications counted in cap for 3131..... right? and this is what all already agree with, RKC, luckymystery,....

But Helppp......this is true only if we go by CC/BD charged date. Again there is no valid proof that there is any connection between CC/BD charge and CAPS update.
