I mentioned in my app. that me and my wife are legally separated.They requested me the following information:

your divorce certificate, as soon as it becomes available.

You must provide the above documents and information or information about the status of your divorce proceedings within 30 days from the date of this correspondence, otherwise I shall make a decision on your application on the basis of the existing information.

But we are still legally separated and it is not clear when will be our final divorce.
I am worried if I say that we are not divorced and it is not clear when it happen , they reject my application.

OMG! OMG! I have been away for a couple of days and I can hardly recognize the spreadsheet now :-X. There are so many updates.
I am very very happy for those who received their PER, fee encashed, MR received, in process and AOR updates.
