My agent tells me that they will if you stayed there more than 6 mos. PCCs must be less than 3 mos upon submission to CEM

yes there's a lot to be learned here the PCC i am referring to should be issued by the place you visited...i remember two Post June 26, 2010 applicants who also visited US for 5 mos, i think her name is beau, the other one i forgot, they were later requested to submit fingerprint clearance...in your case, as i've stated before, they will inform you if they still need anything...just be prepared for it...

re: fingerprints (f), i think they were able to have their f. scanned at nbi...there's another agency here w/c has biometric f. scanning aside from nbi, its dfa and the other one is the US embassy...

I see. So I guess I just have to wait for their next instructions then.. Anyway, these are my missing data:

CIO received my application July 20, 2011
payment via BD

so far, i have not received any mail from them. I heard that cap's been reached and I'm beginning to get nervous bout my status. Anybody who has the same problem as I have? TIA!
