yes there's a lot to be learned here the PCC i am referring to should be issued by the place you visited...i remember two Post June 26, 2010 applicants who also visited US for 5 mos, i think her name is beau, the other one i forgot, they were later requested to submit fingerprint clearance...in your case, as i've stated before, they will inform you if they still need anything...just be prepared for it...

re: fingerprints (f), i think they were able to have their f. scanned at nbi...there's another agency here w/c has biometric f. scanning aside from nbi, its dfa and the other one is the US embassy...

I mean I have already got my educational docs attested and verified on my own from these two departments way back in 2009 when i was applying for a job offer in Malaysia.

Hi All:

I have a concern, maybe you could give me some suggestions.

I applied under Post June 26 2010 program, Pretoria visa office is very very dead dead and dead slow. so far the E-case is still showing "In process", no MR or anything else. So I applied again, after July 1st 2011, Visa Office is Beijing. Beijing will process my application soon, and I concerned that the visa office won't allow me to have 2 "In Process" at the same time. yes they do not allow 2 In Process applications. they will, however, inform you w/c application you'd like to continue to be processed and w/c one to withdraw...

If I withdraw the Pretoria application by then, I'm not sure how long will make them to withdraw my application based from an experience by a kababayan, she also withdrew her previous application since her post june 26, 2010 application was faster wherein all the family members got VISAS. she said withdrawal was fast (that is the case for Manila VO dear.... I have waited for years now, I don't want to wait any longer.

Any suggestion? should I withdraw the application now or later? Does anyone had the same situation before? i think, basing from the above mentioned experience, it's best that you wait for your respective VO to inform you w/c application u r going to pursue and w/c one to drop
