Hi RKC & seniors !!!!

I got a question !
Please help !
If i had NER in last year application and i applied again with the more eveidence how my application status will work??
In other way UCI will be the same, so when i will check the status will it show the current or the last year one?
As they have not removed me from CIC website yet.

It still shows Decesion made and not removed me from their site even if i had ner on 30th may 2011.
What can happen in this case???

Your ecas will show status of both applications, old & new. Check your ecas if it shows 'application received.' for the new one.

Really worried the way cic encashing the cc/bd at the moment, cic making us compleately sick.They should have shortage of employees, the way they announce the cap fulfillment information is completely terrible. They misguide the new applicant. Difference between there work speed and a new application is around 3/4 months. One who applied today expecting he or she gona reach the cap,suddenly realize cap reached 3 months back. CIC surtenley need to work to find the solution of this problem. Cheers.Russell.

my date of receiving the application is 14th july, very badly needed PER, but still waiting.

any experts comments on this, mine and shejoal time lines are same.

Jairam it's too early to start worrying ,even if you & shijoal share the same filing date. Shijoal got his PER just 3 days ago. It's normal people with same or even latter date have their PERs before you. A week/10 days delay is no cause to worry. Although I know it's tough to handle anxiety levels at such a stage.

, you are lucky as you are in the cap and your cc/bd encashed with in one month but think about the applicant who applied at 3131 and 0631, applied on august or in September but no news of cc/Bd. Only god knows when these applications gona start sorting and cc/bd gona encashed. I assume last application of 3131 or 0631 probabely will see around 2/3 months gap between cap reach announcement and there application.

My ECAS status is still IN PROCESS, which really means IN LIMBO, or more accurately IN PURGATORY.

For 1122s & 3152s there were two milestones ( hurdles to be precise). Rest of the NOCs had only one.

1) Beating the cap
2) PER

& the crane operator has all the time in the world to file his papers.

my NOC is 3131, dont worry you are in cap but will receive PER after 3 months after the submission of your application.

Hi Guys

Just spoke to my Bank and they confirmed me my BD was encashed on 16th of September.

Its too long to wait....

About two weeks before I got a reply from CIC they said my application is awaiting for initial assessment. Its written "Your application # is E .... ( 9 digit )".

can anyone please tell that can I check my application status with this number?
