The latest reported CC/BD encashment date is of application received on Aug 3 (remains the same )
The latest reported application to have PER was received on Jul 15

as cio didnot charged cc/bd of any of the candidate under 3152 after 18th july in the spreadsheet so i think
cut date for the said should be 20th july .
i am not dead sure its just my imagination, which i shared

JASRAJ，why do you think it was 20th Jul but not on 18th or 19th? nobody charged cc/bd__does this mean the cap reached on 18th? thx!

Hi RKC & seniors !!!!

I got a question !
Please help !
If i had NER in last year application and i applied again with the more eveidence how my application status will work??
In other way UCI will be the same, so when i will check the status will it show the current or the last year one?
As they have not removed me from CIC website yet.

It still shows Decesion made and not removed me from their site even if i had ner on 30th may 2011.
What can happen in this case???

I also did got a NER las year on 14th April 2010. This year i had subimitted my file again on 18th July, when i log on my E-CAS it shows status of both of my application new one "IN PROCESS" and old one "DECISION MADE". So i think your status of new one would change to in process soon once your file is in process.

Hello Farrukh,

You stated that "clear that cic have received 500 complete applications related to noc 1122 till 7th of July" and some other members are agreeing with your view, but how it can be, if you see the spread sheet RKC's application for VO New Delhi reached CIO on 8th July and he received a PER on 30th September, so how come you conclude that NOC 1122 reached CAP on 7th July.

Either we are making too much assumptions here or members are not giving accurate information, Our purpose here to get inside of the processing and provide right directions.

i am not arguing that 7th july is the cap date, it may be around it , but i am arguing the process procedure , read the whole statement .

my date of receiving the application is 14th july, very badly needed PER, but still waiting.

any experts comments on this, mine and shejoal time lines are same.

remaining days for noc 3152 review is approximately 4-5days.(july 13-July19) minus 2days for weekend.

Review of July 18-19 will be released next week. then another 1 week for those delayed or
still waiting for review. then its done.

Can you check wether you have got 3 liner in your detail status or its still showing 2 lines of recv date and PER date??

When the first status change to PER and the next to In Process??

Really worried the way cic encashing the cc/bd at the moment, cic making us compleately sick.They should have shortage of employees, the way they announce the cap fulfillment information is completely terrible. They misguide the new applicant. Difference between there work speed and a new application is around 3/4 months. One who applied today expecting he or she gona reach the cap,suddenly realize cap reached 3 months back. CIC surtenley need to work to find the solution of this problem. Cheers.Russell.

Hi Guys

Just spoke to my Bank and they confirmed me my BD was encashed on 16th of September.

Its too long to wait....

About two weeks before I got a reply from CIC they said my application is awaiting for initial assessment. Its written "Your application # is E .... ( 9 digit )".

can anyone please tell that can I check my application status with this number?

Congrats for BD being charged. You can check the status online once its activated. It should be by now.

you are the best candidate for this information ,
as I think your application was received on 19th july
