Hi Ahmednri,

I just called again and using the options 1-2-1-2-0 i spoke to a call center representative after a wait of 10 mins. I was told that they are still processing July 20 applicants so I should give them some time...probably in 2 or 3 weeks.

Hi! i'm from the philippines. can i call cic to follow up my application? do you have their number? thanks! I emailed them and still no reply. no other option but to call them up.

now it is clear that cic have received 500 complete applications related to noc 1122 till 7th of July , but due to the bulk of the applications including all nocs,it was impossible to announce the cap reached on 7th july , it was cleared on 22 august that noc 1122 is caped due to first week applicants.

To top it, there was a postal strike for couple of weeks during that time.... It doesn't affect couriers.. But regular post, yes! CIC did reply to one of the applicants when they emailed them saying the postal strike caused lot of delays...

How about for NOC 3152? when do you think was the cut off date?

Hi all senior,

Can you share your experience about POF vo will ask again bank statement and which stage he will ask. I sent only my balance certificate from my bank but after few days I used my all amount to in some other work. When vo will ask again bank statement then I can arrange amount again but may be then he have some doubt. Please share me your experience and guide me what should I do.

if your noc caped after 15 days after the submission of your application, then you consider you are in cap except 1122 and nursing nocs

For 7216 there is huge space to fill... So m not wory for CAP reached probs. . . . . . Wats ur NOC farrukh ??

Janelle, if you submitted your application on June 23 2010, you are not even on MI3. The current cap does not concern you. In fact, you are a pre-June 26 2010 applicant. Even last year's cap does not cover you.

Janelle, if you submitted your application on June 23 2010, you are not even on MI3. The current cap does not concern you. In fact, you are a pre-June 26 2010 applicant. Even last year's cap does not cover you.

They even announced that there were less than a hundred slots left on September 7th via twitter. What do you think about this? I am so worried...

Your original profile info indicated a June 23, 2010 filing date. That's why I thought your worry was misdirected.

Based on the experience of 1122 applicants, I'd say there is a pretty good chance that the 3152 CAP FILLED date indicated in the CIC website is incorrect and misleading. As it appears, 1122 was filled way earlier than its own indicated CAP FILLED date. I will not be surprised if the same was true for 3152. Those two NOCs are the most popular. However, at this point no one knows for sure that 3152 was filled on July 20. There is cause to worry, but not to lose hope. The wise thing to do is to start working out a plan B.
