Congrats to all those who got PERs!!! By the way has anyone in the NOC 1233 received any AOR from CIO? My application got there August 8th and even though I am in the US i still haven't been able to call and reach anyone to check my status. I always get the message "the lines are busy call back". Any suggestions?

I wouldn't worry much for your application as they are still a bit far (latest reported CC charge was on 27 July). As we discovered, email is the best way of contacting them as the information is well thought of instead something someone will say just to move on to the next call or thing on his list.

its number is the same of my old application which since 2006 .Each application status is in an separate column ,
the new one status which is converted from application received to cio-s eligibility review complete
while the old one status is still in process since 2006" backlog".

At the same time my address has been disappeared

they have already updated my new address which has been mentioned in the new application when they make my new application status is application received.at the same time the address which has been disappeared after converting the status to eligibility review complete is my up to date address which mentioned in the new application.

so I do not know if is NER OR PER?
and why my new address disappeared? is that to rewrite again my old address which was with my old application?
