No, they dont... but you can send an email to know about your application.

i think we should all stop theorizing on 1122 cap dates, we dont seem to be good at it!!

westpoint who started this thread.... meticulously updates it so as to make it as current as possible... he has help from explorer also.. they do this voluntarily and we find it so useful.. hope you will too! the issue is people have started umpteen threads for post july 2011 and their info is all over, i would also request all to definitely put your details here first.

No i havent sent the status enquiry as frankly speaking I was just waiting to know the status of my BD.
and the answers what others were getting was not so convincing that they suffice the intention of the query so i thought that there was no use of it so i believed that only BD will tell the real status.

i checked on my bd last week but it wasnt encashed yet. I email them last sep 1 and got a reply last sep 14. They said it is still awaiting initial processing. Im so anxious since the cap for 3152 is already full.

So with respect to NOC 1122, did we dispose of the notion that the cap was filled in mid July or are we still waiting to see what has happened.

I applied July 27th (reached Sydney on that date) and I have no received any feedback from the CIO as yet.

An e-mail address was included in my application.

Just wondering , is there anyone of the aplicants of 1122 posted July 2011 , with CC/BD encashed has received any rejection letter ? in another words , is it possible that CIC reject any application after charging CC ? if yes , have any one faced this issue before either this year or last year?

I took me 10 days to find the detail. I am so relaxed.

Sir when did cio charged your cc/bd?

I never checked my BD if it was encashed or not as I was waiting for a PER not just the DD encashment.
on the PER letter, they said it was encashed on the 3rd of August.

I don't get it. In all official CIC instructions there is not a single word about quota per VO.

Jeca applied on July 13th and received a letter that her application will be returned because CAP is reached. Her visa office is Rome, which has much less applications then London, New Delhi, ... etc.
Now we hear that some 14th July applicants are getting their CC cashed. :-\
