No, they dont... but you can send an email to know about your application.

What is the reason CIO gave to you?. Cap reached?

No one knows if it is true or not and we never know that... CIO is like the black boxes of the airplanes, a mystery. :)

I am not so optimistic like you, I am having the same problem but i think they mislead my application... I just told me to find my documents and send them back. I also think they are not very professional since some people from 12th July are being charges and the web page says "first come first...

Hi, I have exactly the same problem. I sent a week ago the tracking number with everything they needed. I also sent a letter by post because I am very upset they cannot find my documents. They will answer me tomorrow or day after tomorrow... let you know by a PM.

Hi micheltadros, I have the same problem. They said they have no records about my application, last week I sent the tracking number and name of the person who got the package. If you know something let me know, I will contact you through a PM if I get some news.

You are totally right. Some people think because we are in the same continent we have an easier way to go to Canada or USA. This is not European Union that you can move and live wherever you want. Even between our countries we need to geta visa. I guess it is the same of an indian going to work...

Sorry to hear this.. at least you got a decent answer. My application was delivered on 11th july and they told me they dont find it... I just said to them to find it right away and send it back... >:(

They knew a lot of people will send their applications. They should have had people to review those documents asap. I am very dissapointed but we will have to wait to another person's answer. I have seen they take 11 days in answering our emails... I will know something at the beginning of next...

Or maybe the other person got an email with the wrong reason. Perhaps there was a CIOs mistake.

I really appreciate your idea of posting that news even though it is heartbreaking. My app was rejected last year also and perhaps this year as well. I understand how you feel. And it is true, this process with caps is not very fair and I made me consider other countries with more clear...

After 8th July I only see one person whose CC was charged. Show me who else has affirmed that.
