I dont want him to be hopeful and waste another 1-2 months thinking that he is in the cap..
He can use this time to try and find other ways of immigrating.......
Nd cap limit does not not apply for people with arranged employment offer...
So may b he can use this time to get an AEO


Whats the point of asking questions... if u want only rosy rosy answers in return and not the truth...

Dear Mang,

Well, the question of cap is not relevant at all if gsk had an AEO as AEO's are exempt from the cap. I did not find anything rude in ravi_07's comment. It is out of what we have observed in the past 5 months following very closely the CIO's processing of applications. When you know the truth, it does not make sense to raise false hopes for someone who wishes to know the chances of his/her application making it into the cap (in this case- gsk). You may want to tell them- wait and see, yes-you will make it, you have good chances etc.etc... I think ravi_07 is just being straight and frank while others do not have the confidence to speak up the truth. Infact, he also used the words 'SORRY TO SAY' which you could have missed out. I appreciate such candid replies. +1 for you ravi_07.
