how is it possible that prapplicant application which was received 9/13/2011 returned due to incomplete application, and the woman told to melkhatib that cio doesnot even open the sep application?

Dear frnk...welcome!!

CIC agents have at least 2 to 3 weeks old information. Its not their fault. The data update happens only around that time frame. So they have access only to data in their system. They dont have access to back end data. Hence you will always find a big gap between whats reality and what CIC agents tell you.

I have seen that whenever one of us call CIC, they manage to confuse us further, rather than providing some relief ;-) So I depend on the Spreadsheet data and updates from my friends in this thread. That is much more reliable and up to date.

Or wrote ur licence exams in canada?
I am writing my
L.exams in feb 2012 , a little tensed as the last date of joining my job in canada is 1st may 2012 (Gov. Of Yukon) and they wants me to clear my l.exams before that.
Lol studing again after such a long time is realy tough.

I am not a doctor, scientist or Physiotherapist................
So i dont require credentialing

I called CIC just 30 minutes back and the lady said they have not yet started working on Sept applications. She also said they are still on 31 Aug applications. Now the matter is clear that calling CIC customer service is a waste of time and money as well since our friend Mr. Bhandari whose application received by CIO on first week of September received his PER today, and his BD was encashed on 21 Nov.

I told ya that the lady on the fone is 1-2 weeks behind..........
