hello, im a sis..I was expecting the 2nd aor 3rd week of november, but tnx God it came earlier.. Would they really do an intensive background checking.. I mean all my documents and claims regarding my employment etch. are genuine but still I feel anxious..would it help to deposit more for our showmoney? Lets continue praying for each other..

I heard they just check our records randomly..but in order to be sure, I have deposited more on my bank account..I have withdrawn 15k last month due to some circumstances but I immediately deposited more to compensate it..Also,I visited my past employer and present employer and submitted a copy of my COE for their refereshment,. LOL>. I saw our chief nurse, then told her that she might receive a call since I gave her business card to CIC but she asked me again to submit a copy of my COE from our HR to refresh her the exact year of my employment..I saw westpoint's post that CIC might also check SSS? so they also might check our tax identification number,GSIS,pag ibig etc.. hope everything will sail smoothly to all of us here!

are you also a client of CIC agency? what branch? I texted my agent and informed her of my 2nd aor and to watch out for any possible letter to them.. She said the next letter might arrive by end of December? I dont know.. how about you sis?

Dear Westpoint ! I am working at Govt. Primary health centre as rural medical officer.i had 5+ years experience in this job. I had provided my service contract and work experience certificate from my CEO and pay slips .My job duties are very clearly mentioned in my service contract as it is a govt. institution.This job is my first priority to gain experience points. Besides it i am doing private practice at my own clinic.This is additional experience i had mentioned.For it i had submitted Self declaration of my duties. That dumb officer ignored my priority papers and gave weightage to least priority experience.Now i want to know to whom i should approach and by which mode ? Thanks to all forum members for their kind concern. Regards.

try getting in touch with Rahul, he mentioned here his NER before and how his wife insisted they do something abt it. It's better if you try calling their call centers (some numbers have been posted here already, anyone with the numbers pls kindly post it again for dear lubob). When you get in touch with CIO highlight here the work cert, service contract, pay slips w/c were issued by your employer. Abt your self declaration, they mentioned in the doc checklist that they are not accepting it, instead they wanted 3rd party docs. when i asked an immigration lawyer what these are, she said: documents coming from persons not involved in your actual business transaction but benefits from your business at the same time, for example, you are a doctor (A) who operated on your patient (B). You bought your supplies like syringe, gloves, anesthesia etc from Bendong Trading (C). C here is the 3rd party.

Another example. B's parents (if they are the ones who paid the operating expenses) can be considered as 3rd party. What you should do here is to get certifications or affidavits from these 3rd parties stating what transactions, mode of payments, date of transaction. Official Receipts will do too.

I hope you can do it soon, focus on those docs issued by your employer and let's keep our fingers xd that the officer reviewing it just overlooked them...and best of all, pray. Nothing is impossible. stay positive no matter what, Inshallah...

hello sis, i am not from baguio.. I applied through CIC baguio, I'm from Cagayan, a clinical instructor. I might do the same as you did, just in case. It would be fyn if they check SSS, pag ibig etch, but would be much thankful if they dont.. CIC Paranaque sent me an email to contact my agent but I have not done it yet since they are very busy and pre occupied with those whose application was sent back due to "cap reached" muntik na din ako,my application was received at CIO july 18, and what could be concluded basing on this forum and on the applications returned at CIC Baguio is that cap has been reached for 3152 july 20..

you have to write them back mentioning all the reasons. how can they make such judgement. Please do not give up. Tell them how they accepted you twice before in the same occupation and not they say that you experiences do not meet the requirement.

one is the UCI: 88......
the other is application no. : E00......
now which one shud i use in order to login to the ECAS.

dear westpoint where were you , perhaps you were bussy in your exams , we are new on this thread , pleased to meet you.

glad to meet you too, yes busy in school, i was not supposed to enrol this sem coz of some hectic scheds but my prof persuaded me so he can hire me to teach in their school , this forum helps me to relax a bit but it seems the tide is changing finally, it'll be my turn to wait for PER/NER

as per the new checklist, i didn't send pay slips neither contracts, only the experience certificate including all the details required, they say: "additional documents" so, i thought it is no not a must? am very worry!!!
