you may be charged 3 or 4 days before receiving your PER

yes it the gap in the date of fee encashment and PER received has been just three days which is very surprising. it appears that CIO is going full steam ahead.

i tried to login to my ECAS moments ago but it says that they cannot identify the UCI at the moment. as far as i know it shud have read 'eligibility review completed'.

a bit confusing.

Before the files are added to database the only people who would know if your fee has been processed or not , for that matter if you are application is counted in cap or not , are the guys at CSU ,they can be contacted at FSW-Sydney-Search-Enquiry @ cic.gc.ca.

The call centre guys have access to limited information. Only after applications are added onto their systems can they be of some help. CIC call center is just like call center of any other company. They will not have information on dates of current completeness checks , ER or caps. What they do first is to identify you, check on their systems & if found just read out the information from the file. They will not know about things which are not punched in on the file.

Disclaimer: The above is just my view & understanding of the process. Others can have different view.

I have printed my Generic Application form (IMM0008) and validated it. It generated 8 pages and the 7th page have 8 sets of 2D barcode and the last page generated 2 sets of 2D barcode followed by the Consent and Declaration of the Applicant (where you Sign and Date the form). Is this normal? What page will I put in the cover page of my application, the second to the last page (with 8 sets of barcode) or the last page?

hi boozer !! sis or bro? anyways.. yeah I was shocked coz Im basing my count on the spreadsheet and the usual AOR being sent by Manila VO is 23-28days.. may tumawag na ba sayo o sa employers mo? Im not prepared..LOL..Im going to visit my previous and current employers with in this week to refresh them about the dates of my employment and will deposit more on my bank this week..geesh..

I hope we can all pass their background check,eligibility review and verification..and all our papers will sail smoothly.. most of all, I hope the CIO that will handle our application is a canadian! They are less strict right.

hello, im a sis..I was expecting the 2nd aor 3rd week of november, but tnx God it came earlier.. Would they really do an intensive background checking.. I mean all my documents and claims regarding my employment etch. are genuine but still I feel anxious..would it help to deposit more for our showmoney? Lets continue praying for each other..
