Look at the list. Last date for fees processed for 1122 application in the list is 20th August. And the final cap was updated on 22nd August.
Anyways take your own call. Hope for the best and prepare for the worst

Not all applicants my dear. for some it has happened in July too. And also CAP for 1122 was updated at 500 ( Cap reached ) on 22nd August. Which is all the more reason to believe that CAPS are updated after fee processing. If it happened before fee processing then CAP for 1122 should have reached 500 on 22 July update only.
U KNOW WELL A GREAT NUMBER OF APPLICANTS OF 1122 FEES WAS CASHED AFTER 22TH AUGUST

game is not over for u my dear there are some neem, hakeem, khatra e jaan.some people have no concept of processing of CIO and so misguiding others , a no of people i know who are misguided by this thread , current guide clearly mention the concept of CAP but some people are neem, hakeem, khatra e jaan. Guide clearly mention the difference between completeness check and pre eligibility review but people cant understand , my two friends can not apply in september due to this misguidance.

dear ahmad,

i think every1 hear completely knows the difference between comp.check and the ER, but the matter is that how long the comp. check may take, cio themselves newly say that they will not be able to handle or start to check the application for completeness at the same day its received, which means they may start the check after 1, 2, 3,.... days, even after weeks, after month(s),due to the backlog they have it is elastic,,,,,, for me, my app 3131 received on oct 11, lets say the cap reached today, so, it is about 1 month, no one can tell if they touched my file or not yet....this is my 1st challenge... regardless the encashment matter....

Okay, even for USA -applications for PR Visa, the VO is Buffalo. Hope you get a positive response.

ok friends, I am following the thread very closely and may be thats one of the reason of my un necessary tension in regards to my own application and CAP numbers.

Guys, its quite clear that CIC donot encash while the completeness check is done. Simple reason that if the candidate gets a NER than what the CIC will do??? create another DD putting dollars from there own pocket ( to generate a DD) and then send it back to the candidate. No way possible so they hold back the DD till the eligibility check has been done. Easy and simple to understand...

Now the next question, when the CAPS are updated in the website?? the CAPS are updated after the completeness check is done. Immediately after the completeness check is done, a file is created with the candidates name. If the candidate recieves a PER than the file stays as it is but he he gets a NER than the file is closed providing proper reason for a NER. This file is pulled out from the system if the candidate again applies next year to cross check the reasons of a NER.

Now the CAP of 1122 is declared as 500 on 22nd august, thats when the 500 candidates completeness check is done, not the eligibility as it takes a bit of time. Trust me guys eligibility check is a pain in the ass as many people have very weird reference letter and CIC has to go through them completely before making a decision. May be by 22nd of Aug 60% of the candidates eligibility check was done as that time CIC was completely concentrating of NOC 1122 for the high numbers of applications.

So its pretty clear my friends that after the eligibility check only the encashment is done but the CAPs are updated once the application is complete and ready for eligibility check....

Hello RKC,

I got my PER approval on 17th October, ecas status shows In Process and after log out it shows your application was received on 18th of July.

What does In Process mean? Intimation of 2nd AOR comes through email or by post.

Best regards,

Robin

Hi Robin,

Your ecas status details are not yet updated.

Q12: What exactly does "in process" mean?

A12: "In process" is the status given to any application that has been received at a case processing centre or a visa office but that has not yet been finalized. Therefore, for the duration of the Application Processing Time, CAS will show the status as "in process."

Regarding 2nd AOR, it has always come by post from NDVO. It may change now as CIC is going paperless from December 1.

So here what you are saying is after eligibility check only the encashment is done right, so in that case if the customer is eligible then only they do the encashment so why applicants are getting NER after payment encashments.
