game is not over for u my dear there are some neem, hakeem, khatra e jaan.some people have no concept of processing of CIO and so misguiding others , a no of people i know who are misguided by this thread , current guide clearly mention the concept of CAP but some people are neem, hakeem, khatra e jaan. Guide clearly mention the difference between completeness check and pre eligibility review but people cant understand , my two friends can not apply in september due to this misguidance.

U R RIGHT , WHY SOME ARE MISGUIDING , MY DAUGHTER CAN NOT SEND THE APPLICATION IN SEPTEMBER DUE TO THIS MISGUIDANCE , THEN I READ THE WHOLE GUIDE CAREFULLY , ALL THE THINGS ARE DESCRIBED CLEARLY AND BRIEFLY , I M WONDERING IN THE PRESENCE OF SUCH CLEAR INSTRUCTIONS WHY PEOPLE R CONFUSED AND CONFUSING , AFTER READING THE GUIDE I SEND MY DAUGHTERS APPLICATION AND IT REACHED 5 OCTOBER , I M HOPEFULL IT WILL BE IN CAP , SOME PEOPLE HAVE WASTED A LOT OF TIME

Not all applicants my dear. for some it has happened in July too. And also CAP for 1122 was updated at 500 ( Cap reached ) on 22nd August. Which is all the more reason to believe that CAPS are updated after fee processing. If it happened before fee processing then CAP for 1122 should have reached 500 on 22 July update only.
