First thing you have to do is get a copy of the delivery record/receipt from your agent. You need to know when your docs were RECEIVED by CIC.

hi alaindotcom, sorry talaga kac im new here.. Paano po ba malaman kng natanggap ba ng CIO yung application aside from asking your courrier.. I actually called DHL and since matagal na nila na send yung doc na erase na daw sa records nla? Please advise.. Thanks

Ask for the receipt from your agent. The receipt will have the tracking number. You can always check the delivery date on the DHL website using the tracking number. My docs were delivered via Fedex on July 8 and I can still view the delivery receipt on the website as of right now. I am surprised your agent has not informed you of when your application was received by CIO. It is your right to know.

I have a friend in Cebu who was told by her agent that her docs were mailed on the 2nd week of July. As it turns out, her docs never left Cebu. Make sure your agent did in fact send yours.

are you sure of this? Or these are the numbers who have got PER?. Also looks like Pharmacists may not last till September. However 0631 might stretch till Mid September. Any thoughts

yes dear because see the last PER of 5 august2011 and last fees encashed 15 august2011 so hardly difference of 10 days between fees encashed date and PER .So once fees encashed they start counting in the cap and remaining all still waiting whose fees not encashed.

Dear look at our spreadsheet ,Last applicant pratick's fees encashed on 11 august. After parmacist kallinga of 18 august2011 waiting for his/her fees deduction.It shows that CIO is at pesent on around 15 august as far as fees deduction is concerned.
